General about my design and artwork:
Drawing is something I've always been fond of, but never really aimed at professionally. Still I have found my skills in this field useful for many other projects, as in drawing storyboards or designing covers. I have no particular schooling in this field, but I've picked up some theory in Steinerskolen and Folkehøyskole and also just from looking at other artists work.

One particular Christmas I did a set of pencil portraits of my family. Not very expensive, but my family still thought it was a great gift. It's not only realistic drawing that compel to me. I'm also interested in artwork from Giger and different other experimental artists. As well as this I'm also into cartoon styles like manga. Whenever I'm bored I find myself doodling, and even if this never becomes finished artwork it helps me maintain my skills.

When I started using computers I also started using it for artwork. I didn't have a scanner so I used to practice using the mouse alone for my drawing. When I got a scanner I started doing the outlines on paper and the colouring on the computer. This is of course a lot more practical and I could make my artwork much faster and better with the scanner.
I have always been fascinated by 3D graphics and this was something I wanted to get into. When I realised how much work was involved in making it I was put a bit off. However I got started eventually, and I would claim to be fairly competent in this field now.
