Making Music:
I started making music in my very early teens with a simple toy keyboard and a cassette recorder which I could record several tracks on top of each other with. The interest for music had always been there from early childhood, but I was rather unfortunate with the bands I had joined or started. Soon I developed an interest for electronic music, and with a simple MIDI program on the computer my brother and I bought together I started writing some simple tunes. As the years went by the pile of songs increased drastically, and I realised that this was something I wanted to continue with.

At age 15 I had build a mini studio with cheap MIDI equipment I had bought used. Renting the equipment I couldn't afford to buy I recorded my first demo as DJ Mickey. This demo was never released, but send out to a record company in Norway. Didn't get any record deal, but one of my tunes was played on the national radio station NRK Petre.

A year later I started making music on request for different media companies and got my first income on my hobby. My music was used in various documentaries and infomercials, and more and more media companies started showing their interest. I'm still make music on commission as well as doing my own projects.
